Unforgettable City
The home town of a forgotten old friend
Made my mind restless
Stepping out of the quiet KTX train
Onto the platform crowded by a sea of people
Feeling excitement and expectation
A joy of fulfillment of my long dream
The city though my first visit
Welcome the stranger feeling at home
The place echoed so fresh in my mind
From an old song I used to listen
The Hae-woon-dae beach here I stood
The hot summer air lost its strength
By the cold water out of the endless sea
A pretty girl wearing a sexy swimming suit
Strange dialect sounded a pretty music tune
The atmosphere reminded me of
Early spring of my own home town
Passing by the Moon-Greeting Marquee
Climbing up on the Sun-Greeting Pavilion
The Dae-ma Island waived
Far away beyond the horizon
My mind suddenly took off
Over the cliff toward the huge ocean
Riding through the calm cloud
Looking for my old friend
Far away toward the endless Southern Water
In the midst of all these fuss
A quietly standing tall light-house
Sitting on a remote giant rock
Though lonely it may be
Carrying out its solemn duty
Watching an approaching small boat
Tirelessly, mindfully, responsibly,
